THE LIFE OF PI by YANN MARTEL
.... The more we thought about this book the more we came to like it. It was quite hard work to read and follow at times, but well worth it. Very enjoyable.
.... With husbands away and young children at home our first meeting was housebound with a glass of wine and a takeaway!! No critiques on any local establishments that night.
.... Little did we know 10 years later the book would be turned into a film. We will be viewing the movie when it comes out, so watch this space. MOVIE REVIEW TO FOLLOW.

.... The movie was amazing- captivating opening scenes - and we all felt it complemented the book.
